Payroll Officer | Family sized fiduciary

Position Overview: Our client is currently seeking a skilled Multilingual Payroll Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, excellent communication skills in French, English, German, and Luxembourgish, and the ability to manage a mixed portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for a diverse portfolio of clients accurately and efficiently
• Handle all aspects of payroll administration, including tax calculations, benefits, and deductions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws related to payroll and employment
• Address any payroll-related inquiries from clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments

Requirements:

• Fluency in French, English, German, and Luxembourgish (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in payroll processing and administration
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite
