Our client, a well-established international law firm in Luxembourg, is seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join their team. The firm is renowned for advising high-profile clients on complex corporate transactions, investment structures, and cross-border matters. Responsibilities :
Advise corporate clients on domestic and international M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and general corporate matters
Draft and negotiate agreements, resolutions, and corporate documents
Support clients in structuring and executing transactions, including fund formation and investment vehicle structuring
Work closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas to provide integrated legal solutions
Manage relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring responsiveness, quality, and commercial awareness
Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the development of the team
Profile :
5 to 7 years of relevant corporate law experience in a reputable international law firm
Strong transactional experience, preferably in cross-border M&A, private equity, or fund-related matters
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Proactive, client-oriented, and commercially minded
Fluency in English; French or German is an advantage
