Our client is an independent PSF founded 15 years ogo by two brothers, specialized in AIF funds, accounting, and taxation. The company was recently formed through a merger, combining daily fund management with a consulting arm dedicated to fund setup and advisory.

Your Role
- Review corporate income tax (CIT) filings for multiple entities
- Manage local and international VAT filings, credits, and refunds
- Analyze applicable tax legislation and advise on its impact on client structures and transactions
- Identify and implement legal tax optimization opportunities
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and controls
- Prepare tax reporting for management and shareholders
- Monitor and ensure FATCA and CRS compliance
- Verify the collection and classification of client information
- Prepare FATCA/CRS filings and ensure timely submission to authorities
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Advise operational teams on international reporting requirements
- Cross-functional Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach junior or senior team members
- Collaborate with accounting and administration teams to ensure overall client compliance
- Stay up-to-date on legislative and regulatory changes and advise management accordingly
Your Profile
- 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Tax, ideally with fund expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Tax, Finance, or related field
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong ability to supervise, coach, and mentor team members
- Experience in FATCA/CRS compliance is a plus
