Its Banking & Finance team is widely recognized for advising leading financial institutions, global sponsors, and blue-chip corporates.
To support its continued expansion, the firm is looking to recruit a Banking & Finance Associate between 1 and 5 years of experience.
Your Responsibilities :
As part of a highly regarded Banking team, you will:
Advise major banks, debt funds, and corporate borrowers on sophisticated financing transactions
Work on acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, fund finance, and restructuring matters
Draft and negotiate finance and security documentation under Luxembourg and international standards
Assist on complex cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions
Contribute to regulatory and financial law advisory work
Collaborate closely with Corporate, Capital Markets, and Funds teams on integrated matters
You will be directly exposed to high-value mandates and benefit from close interaction with partners in a demanding yet rewarding environment.
Profile Sought :
1 to 5 years of experience in Banking & Finance within a reputable law firm
Strong technical foundation and willingness to work on complex transactions
Fluent in English (mandatory)
For junior profiles (1-2 years), German is mandatory
For more experienced profiles, German is a strong asset
Analytical mindset, precision in drafting, and strong work ethic
